DELIVERY TIMES
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that delivery is only from Monday to Friday.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

PAYMENT TERMS
For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

-  Payment in advance by bank transfer
-  Payment via PayPal

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:
-  Payment in advance by bank transfer
-  Payment via PayPal

RETURNS

Parcels that are returned with the note "Recipient unknown" or "Recipient at this address cannot be determined" can only be sent against payment of the shipping costs incurred again.

In this case, the buyer bears the cost of sending it again, and also in cases where delivery to an address could not be made and the package is returned with the message "recipient cannot be determined" or "recipient unknown".

It will only be sent again after receipt of payment for the costs incurred. Upon request, the customer will receive the necessary bank details for the payment.

This also applies to shipments to packing stations that are returned to us with a note that a postal number or the number of the packing station is wrong. We are not obliged to check this information.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order, he will receive a credit note for the value of the goods. This does not include shipping costs.

NATIONAL SHIPPING

Up to 50g letter it costs €1.95.
From 51g to 500g letter postage €2.55.
For packages, the shipping costs are based on size and weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs to other countries are shown at checkout.
